for the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Ten
} District of the Arkansas
Robert Clary assignee of George S Culberson by his Attorney comes here into court and complains of John Webster in a Plea of Debt and sayeth that the Said Webster is Indebted unto him on note under his the Said Webster's hand and Seal one hundred and five dollars as will appear by ad [aforesaid] note Herewith to be Shewn in court which is in the following words and figures namely I promise to pay George S Culberson or order the Just Sum of one Hundred and five Dollars on or before the fifteenth day of Instant it being for value Reced as witness my hand this the Tenth Day of April 1810 Signed John Webster (Seal) witnessed Perly Wallis and on the back of said Note is the following indorsement or Order Pay the within to Robert Clary for value Recd Signed George S Culberson And the Said Robert further Sayeth that the Said John Webster Hath not Paid the Same nor any part thereof but [image of page 2] the Same hath Refused and Still Doth Refuse to Pay the Same which is to the Damage of him the Said Robert two Hundred Dollars for the recovery of which together with Interest and cost he Brings Suit Perly Wallis Atty for the Plaintiff Territory

Then and there to ansr. unto Robert Clary Assignee of George S Culberson, in a plea of Trespass on the case to the damage of Said Robert Clary the sum of two hundred Dollars, and have you then this Writ with your Return thereon according to Law.
