Destrict of Arkansa
We command you to cause to come before our Judges assigned to keep the peace, and to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses, and Misdemeanors, in the said Destrict committed, at a Court of Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden at the Town of arkansa, in and for the Destrict of Arkansa, on the first Monday of December next Twenty four good and lawfull men of your Destrict, to enquire and present on behalf of the United States of america, for the body of the Destrict of arkansa, and to do and perform all & Singularly those things which Shall then and there be assigned them by the Law of the country - also to give notice to the several Justices of the Peace and Coroners of said District, to be then and there with their Records, Rolls, and Recognizances and other Remembrances that the court may proceed thereon and have you then and there this Writ of Venire.
