No. 5 Know all men by these presents that we Jacob Durst as principal & John Hutsell as Security are held & firmly bound to Walter Hall & John Lear in the penal Sum of three Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which Sum we bind ourselves & each of heirs executors & administrators jointly & severally by these presents The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Jacob Durst Shall prosecute his attatchment against the goods chattels &c of Walter Hall the Defendant in Said attatchment, wherein John Lear is Garnishee (and Shall abide the Judgement of the court of common Pleas to be holden in the town of Arkansas on the first Monday in December next & if Judgement is obtained against him at that or any Subsequent term he shall pay the Same & Surrender himself in execution or his Security will do the same for him given under our hands this twenty fifth Day of August one thousand eight hundred & ten test his his
