On motion of Hezekiah Kirkpatrick special agent for the plaintiff it is ruled that a dedimus issue to take the deposition of William Winter to be read in evidence of the above cause on the trial of the same-

Mr Walter Hall,

Take notice that on Friday the first day of March next I shall by virtue of a writ of dedimus potestatem issued from the Court of Common Pleas of the District aforesaid proceed to take the deposition of William Winter to be read in the trial of a certain cause now pending in the said Court wherein Jacob Durst is pltff & yourself defendant before the judge of the parish of Concordia & Territory of Orleans at his office in Concordia, at which time & place you are hereby requested to attend by yourself or attorney-
