Sct Personally appeared before me, Patrick Cassidy Clerk of the

District of Arkansas

Court of Common pleas in and for the District of the Arkansas Robt Clary who being duly Sworn, sayeth upon oath that there is a real Subsisting debt due him by Dennis Chisholm upon a note of hand and that he Verily believes the Said Chisholm ought to Give Security in the Sum of One hundred Dollars to Secure Said Debt Sworn to & Subscribed before me this 23d January 1811
