We Command you to take John D Chisholm if he be found within Your Bailiwick, and him safely keep so that you have his Body before our Judges of our court of common pleas to be holden at the town of Arkansas on the first Monday of April next then there to answer unto Robert Clary of a plea of trespass to the Damage of the said Clary four hundred and fourteen Dollars & Sixty Six cents and have you then there this Writ-
