the United States of america to the Sheriff of the District of Arkansas.
Greeting } District of Arkansas
We command you cause to come before our Judges assigned to keep the peace and to hear and Determine divers Felonies trespasses and other misdemeanors in the said District committed at a court of quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden at the Town of Arkansas in and for the District of Arkansas on the fifth Monday of July (Instant) twenty four good and lawfull men of your District to enquire & present on behalf of the United States for the body of the District of Arkansas, and to do and perform all and singularly those things which shall then and there be enjoined by the law of the Country also, give Notice to the Several Justices of the Peace and Coroners of said District to be then and there with their records, rolls and recognizances and other remembrances that the said court may proceed thereon and have you then there this Writ of Venire.
