We command you to cause to come before our Judges assigned to keep the peace, and to hear, and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanors in the said District committed, at a court of quarter sessions of the peace to be holden at the Town of Arkansas in & for the District of Arkansas, on the first Monday of December next, twenty four good & lawful men of your district, to enquire & present on behalf of the United States, for the Body of the district Arkansas, and to do and perform all and singularly those things which shall be then and there enjoined them by the law of the country, also give notice to the several Justices of the peace and coroners of said District to be then and there with their records, rolls, and recognizances and other remembrances that the court may proceed thereon, and have you there this writ.
