} District of Arkansas
We command you to cause to come before our Judges assigned to keep the peace; and to hear, and determine divers felonies, Trespasses and other Misdemeanors in the said district committed, at a Court of Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden at the town of Arkansas in and for the district of Arkansas, on the first Monday of August next, twenty four Good & Lawfull men of your district, to enquire & present on behalf of the United States, for the Body of the District of Arkansas; and to do and perform all and Singularly those things which shall be then and there enjoined them by the law of the Country also give notice to the Several Justices of the peace and Coroners of said District to be then and there with their records, rolls and recognisances and other remembrances that the court may proceed thereon and have you then there this Writ.
