Debt to a note filed summons returned the 28th of november 1810—the defendant not appearing judgment is given by default in favour of the plaintiff for fifty dollars and costs of the suit—Justice for fifty cents, Constable ditto 43 cents. Costs of the transcript 33 cents execution issued on the 4th of September 1812 and returned on the 25th of September 1812. No property to be found—

the above are a true Copy of the judgment and an execution Standing on my docket. Given under my hand at Arkansas the 24th of October 1812——Andre Fagot J.P.
