Territory of Missouri District of arkansas the United States of america to the Sheriff of arkansas district Greeting. you are hereby commanded to summons Alexandar McLaughlin John Ware & Thomas Dean that setting aside all Manner of excuse & delays they be and appear in proper person before the Judges of our Court of Common pleas to be holden in the town of arkansas on the fifth Monday of November Instant next then there to testify and the truth to say in a certain Matter of controversey now pending in our said Court wherein Henry C Smith is plaintiff & Joseph Hudsel defendant on the part of the plff and have you then there this Writ
