In the General Case in & for the County of Arkansas To September Term 1814

Anthony Glass by his attorney Anthony Haden complains of Seth Dean of a plea that he render to him one thousand Sixteen Dollars & forty three cents with interest which he owes to him and unjustly detains from him; for this, that where as the said Anthony Glass on the third Monday of February in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred & thirteen did recover a Judgment of one Thousand Dollars Debt with interest thereon to be computed at the rate of Six percenturn per annum from the first day of Januar[y] Eighteen Hundred & Twelve untill paid as also the Sum of Sixteen Dollars and forty three cents, by him about his suit in this behalf aforesaid; and adjudged to the said Anthony Glass in the Mississippi Territory of the United States, at a Superior Court of Law and Equity of Warrin County began and [missing] at Warrington in and for the [aforesaid] County; on the third munday of February in the year of our lord Eighteen Hundred & thirteen; a Transcript of Said record which is now heare shewn to the Court beareing date on the day and year aforesaid whereby the said Seth Dean became held and firmly bound unto the Said Anthony Glass in the Said Sum of one Thousand Dollars Debt with intrus there on at the rate of Six [image of page 3] per centum per annum from the first day of January Eighteen Hundred & Twelve untill paid; also Sixteen Dollars and forty three cents costs when he should be thereunto required; yet the said Seth Dean although often requested; have not paid the said sum of one Thousand Dollars Debt with intrust at the rate of six per centum per annum, & Sixteen Dollars and forty three cents; or any part thereof to the said Anthony Glass, but have hitherto altogether refused and the said Seth Dean still doth refuse to pay the same; to him the said Anthony Glass four hundred Dollars and therefore he sues

County of Arkansas of The United States of America to the Sheriff of the County aforesaid Greetings

We command you that you take Seth Dean if he may be found with in your bailwick and him safely keep so that you have his body before the Judge of our General Court at a court to be holden at the Town of Arkansas in and for the County aforesaid on the first monday in September next then and there to answer the within named Anthony Glass in a Plea of Debt that he render unto him one thousand [and sixteen] dollars and forty three cents and to his damage four hundred dollars and have you then there this writ
