Anthony Glass v. Seth Dean

Bail Bond Know all men by these presents that we Seth Dean as principal and Joseph
Kirkendale as Security are held and firmly bound unto Daniel Mooney Sheriff
of the county of Arkansas in the Just & full sum of Eleven hundred
& twenty Dollars money of the united states for the payment of which
sum well & truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and each of
our heirs executors and administrators Jointly and severally firmly by
these presents. Conditioned that if the above bound Seth Dean does be
and appear before the Judge of our General court at a General Court to
be holden in the town of Arkansas in & for the county of Arkansas
on the first monday of September next and then and there answer unto Anthony
Glass in a plea of Debt of one thousand and Sixteen and forty three cents
and to his damage four hundred Dollars as he says and if Judgement is
Obtained against him at that or any subsequent term he will pay that same
and costs or surrender himself in execution for the same or his security
will do the same for him then this obligation to be void or else to remain
in force & virtue witness our hand and seals this second day of August
one thousand eight hundred and fourteen Test |
