Perly Wallis v. Henry Cassidy

Bail Bond Know all men by these presents that We Henry Cassidy as principal and
James Currin as Security are held and firmly Bound unto Daniel Mooney
Sheriff of the county of Arkansas in the Sum of eight hundred Dollars
money of the united states for the payment of which will and truly to
be made and done we bind ourselves and each of heirs executors & administrators
Jointly & Severally firmly by these presents Signed with our hands
& sealed with our seals this Sixteenth day of August one thousand
eight hundred & fourteen. Conditioned that if the above bound Henry
Cassidy does be and appear before our Judge of our General court at a
General court to be holden in the town of Arkansas on the first Monday
of September next and then and there answer unto Perly Wallis in a plea
of Debt of four hundred and four Dollars and ninety eight cents and to
his Damage eight hundred Dollars and if Judgment is rendered against at
that or any Subsequent term he will pay the same and his Security will
do the same for him then this obligation to be void or else remain in
full force & virtue the day & year above written Witness present |
