Grand Jury Writ of Venire for April 1815 Term

Territory of Missouri }Ss the United States of America to the Sheriff of
County of Arkansas } the County aforesaid
Greeting
We command you to cause to come before our Judge of our General Court in and for the county aforesaid assigned to keep the peace and to hear and to determine divers felonies, trespasses and other misdemeanors in the said County committed at a court to be holden in and for the county aforesaid on the first Monday of April next twenty four good and lawful men of your County to enquire and present on behalf of the United States, for the body of the County aforesaid and to do and perform all and Singular those things which shall then there be enjoined by the Law of the Country Also, give notice to the Several Justices of the peace and Coroners of said County to be then there with their records Rolls and Recognizances and other remembrances that the Court may proceed thereon and have you then there this writ.

Witness the honorable George Bullitt Judge of our said Court, at the town of Arkansas this 1st Day of March A.D. 1815 and of our Independence the thirty ninth
