This day personally Benjamin Murphy before me David E McKinney clerk of the said Superior 
Court and made oath of that the above named George G. Douglass is justly indebted to him the 
said Benjamin Murphy in the sum of three thousand dollars and he verily believes that the said 
George G. Douglass is not a resident of or residing in this Territory: 
Sworn to and subscribed before me David E. McKinney on the 27th day of April 1822
