Township of Welborn } To the Constable of said Township in the county of aforesaid greeting:
Whereas John Tucker has obtained judgment before me, a justice of the Peace in the Township aforesaid against Calvin Belcher for a debt of thirty dollars and ten cents and three dollars & 52 ½ cents for his costs. These are therefore to command you to Levy the said debt and costs of the goods and chattel of the said Calvin Belcher & Archer T. Welborn his special bail and to expose the same, within thirty days from the date, to sale by public vendue, giving due notice of the same at least ten days previous to the day of sale, by at least three advertisements put up at the most public places in your Township and returning the overplus, if any, to the said Calvin Belcher & Archer T. Welborn, his special bail. You are also commanded to make return of this execution to me within thirty days from this date. Given under my hand this 20th day of January AD 1824
