Know all men by these present that Mr. Rodney Earheart & [blank] are held and firmly bound unto Sarah Campbell adx & Isaiah Goza Ads of Estate of Johnston Campbell decd in the sum of One hundred Dollars – good and lawful money of the United States — the payment of which, well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs executor and administrator, and assigns — jointly and severally firmly by these present sealed with our seals and dated this 17th day of Sept 1824.
The Condition of this obligation is such that whereas Rodney Earheart administrator of all and singular the good & chattels, rights and credits of Elijah Earheart deceased — hath instituted a suit in Chancery — in the Superior Court of Arkansas against the said Sarah Campbell & Isaiah Goza ads as aforesaid Now if the said Rodney Earheart shall well and truly pay all costs that may accrue on the prosecution of said suit if adjudged against him then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue—
