Musick v. Boran

Robert B. Musick
United States America To the Sheriff of Hempstead County & Reuben Rice Administrator & Peggy Boran Administratrix of Basil Boran Deceased & all other Persons. You & each of you are hereby commanded to stay & desist from
all proceeding of a certain Judgment rendered in the Superior Court of
the Territory of Arkansas at the October Term 1824. in an action of Covenant
Broken for the sum of three hundred thirty Six Dollars & on Damage
& cost of suit in favor of Basil Boran against Robert B. Musick &
you & each of you are also hereby commanded to desist from & stay
all proceedings on the Execution issued on said Judgment now in the hands
of the Sheriff of Hempstead County to be executed untill the further order
of the Superior Court of Arkansas on a bill in Chancery filed by Robert
B. Musick against said Reuben Rice & Petty Boran Adm & Admx of
aforesaid returnable to the next April Term of said Superior Court &
the said Sheriff of Hempstead County[Image

of Basil Boran against said Robert B. Musick to the next april Term of
the Superior that Equity may be alone By Order of his honor Benjamin
