Sir—Take notice that by virtue of a dedimus issued pursuant to the above rule I shall attende at the house of Isaac Wande in the township Oden and county of Chicot and Territory of Arkansas on the 25th 26th and 28th days of March the preasant month between the hours of Eight of the clock of the forenoon and six of the clock of the after noon on each of Said days then and there to take the depositions of witnesses to be read at the trial of the above cause on the parte of the defendant when and where you may attende if you think propper March the 19th AD 1825 County of Chicot A.T.
