we the Jury find the Negro in the Plaintiffs- Declaration mentioned to be the property of Said plaintiff that the Defendant hath Detained the same in manner and form as charged in Said Declaration and they assess the value of Said Negro to be four hundred Dollars and they also assess the Damages of sd plaintiff for the Detention of said Negro at two hundred and fifty Dollars.
