Thos West Filed 13th Oct. 1829 The Condition of this Obligation is such that Thomas West has heretofore
instituted a suit against Alexander W. Cotten. Now if said West shall
fail in obtaining Judgment against the estate of Cotten or his admr he
shall pay all costs which may be adjudged against said West, Otherwise
this obligation to be void. |
