Know all men by these presents That I William S. Fulton am bound unto David Rorer Adm of AW Cotton decd. Thomas West in the penal sum of Fifty dollars the payment of which I bind myself my Hs&c jointly severally & firmly by these presents sealed and dated this 13th day of Octo. 1829

The Condition of this Obligation is such that Thomas West has heretofore instituted a suit against Alexander W. Cotten. Now if said West shall fail in obtaining Judgment against the estate of Cotten or his admr he shall pay all costs which may be adjudged against said West, Otherwise this obligation to be void.
