The United States of America to the sheriff of Pulaski County Greeting We Command you to summon Twenty three good and lawful men to be and appear before the Judges of Our Superior court at the Court House in the Town of Little Rock, and Pulaski County aforesaid On the first day of Our next October Term thereof to be holden on the second Monday in October next to serve as a grand jury in and for said Territory and that you make due return of this writ to Our said Court

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk, and caused the seal of said Court to be affixed at Little Rock this 24th day of May 1828 and of the Independence of the United States of America the Fifty second
