To the Sheriff of Lovely County – Greeting:
WE command you to take the body of Thomas H Tindall if he be found in your bailiwick, and him safely keep, so that you have his body before the Judges of our Superior Court, at the Court-House in the town of Little Rock, in the county of Pulaski, on the first day of our next October term, then and there to answer William Russell to a plea of covenant broken to his damage Eight hundred dollars and that you make due return of this writ to our said Court.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk, and affixed the seal of office, this 7th day of June 1828, and of the Independence of the United States the forty 52d.
