To the Sheriff of Lovely County -- Greeting:
WE command you as we have before commanded you to take the body of Thomas H. Tindall if he be found in your bailiwick, and him safely keep, so that you have his body before the Judges of our Superior Court, at the Court-House in the town of Little Rock, in the county of Pulaski, on the first day of our next October term, then and there to answer William Russell to a plea of Covenant Broken damage Eight hundred dollars and that you make due return of this writ to our said Court.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk, and affixed the seal of office, this 19th day of May 1828, and of the Independence of the United States the forty Fifty second
