Know all men by these presents that we Thos. H. Tindall Thos. Wagnor Nimrod Scott and William N. Carlile of the County of Lovely and Territory of Arkansas are held and firmly bound unto Thos. Moore sheriff of the County of Lovely and his successors in office in the Just and full sum of eight Hundred Dollars good and lawfull money of the United States the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators firmly by these presents in the year of our lord one thousand eight Hundred and twenty eight

The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Thos. H. Tindall shall well and truly be and appear before the Judges of the Superior Court to be holden at the Town of Little Rock on the second Monday of October next to answer unto William Russle in a plea of covenant broken or his sureties Surrender him unto the proper authorities then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue, In Testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals the day and date above written
