To the Sheriff of the County of Pulaski Greeting:
We command you to summon William Drope to appear before the Judges of our Superior Court, at the Court-house in the town of Little Rock, on the 2nd day of our next April term, then and there to testify, and the truth to speak, in behalf of Thomas H. Tindall in a certain matter now pending in said Court, wherein William Russell is Plaintiff, and said Tindall is Defendant, and that you make due return of this Subpoena to our said Court.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk, and affixed the seal of office this 18th day of February 1829, and of the Independence of the United State the fifty-Second third
