To the Sheriff of the County of Pulaski Greeting:
We command you to summon Thomas Mathers to appear before the Judges of our Superior Court, at the Court-house in the town of Little Rock, on the 3rd day of our next present October term, then and there to testify, and the truth to speak, in behalf of Thomas H Tindall in two cases in a two matters now pending in said Court, wherein William Russell in both cases is Plaintiff, and said Tindall Defendant in both cases is Defendant, and that you make due return this Subpoena to our said Court.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as Clerk, and affixed the seal of office, this 14th day of October 1829, and of the Independence of the United States the fifty-4th.
