I left said coppy With a member of said family over the age of fifteen years old on the 30th alt. service on Each of the Above in Willbourn Township.. allso read this subpoena To Reuben J Blount at the dwelling House of Benjamin Murphrey in cadron Township the 30 June 1830

To the Sheriff of the County of Conway Greeting:
We command you to summon Nimrod Menifee Thomas Mathers & Reuben J Blount to appear before the Judges of our Superior Court, at the Court-house in the town of Little Rock, on the first day of our next July term, then and there to testify, and the truth to speak, in behalf of Thomas H. Tindall in a certain matter now pending in said Court, wherein William Russell is Plaintiff, and Said Tho. H. Tindall is Defendant, and that you make due return of this Subpoena to our said Court.
