WE command you to take the body of Thomas H Tindall if he be found in your bailiwick, and him safely keep, so that you have his body before the Judges of our Superior Court, at the Court-House in the town of Little Rock, in the county of Pulaski, on the first day of our next April term, then and there to answer William Russell to a plea of covenant Broken damage Eight hundred Dollars and that you make due return of this writ to our said Court.
