Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Ringo, am held and firmly bound unto William Hickman in the penal sum of One hundred dollars of Lawful money of the United States of America the payment of which well and truly to be made I bind myself my heirs Executors and administrators by these presents.
Whereas William G. Byrd is about to commence a certain action of Debt in the superior Court of the territory of Arkansas against the said William Hickman founded on a record. Now the Condition of this obligation is such that if the said William G. Byrd shall well and truly pay all costs as may accrue in said suit then this obligation to be void Otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue in Law signed with my hand and sealed with my seal this first day of September A. D. 1828.
