Jesse Shelton

The said Benj Clark by his attorney comes into Court & moves the Court for a writ of Audita Querela with a supersedeas thereon endorsed, to superseding all further proceedings on a judgment of this Court rendered on the 9th day of April 1830 in favor of said Jesse Shelton against said Benjamin Clark for the sum of Nineteen Hundred dollars and Seventy cents together with the sum of four hundred dollars damages for the detention of said debt & the costs of suit &C.
