Abraham Standifer v. Thomas Dowlin

Standifer Dowlin use of Mcfail And now at this day came the said Standifer and says that in the record
and proceeding aforesaid and in giving judgment in the above case there
is manifest error in this to wit that the circuit court refused to rule
the council for the plaintiff and the said Mcfail or either of them to
file their warrant of attorney or show by what authority they prosecuted
